THIS IS A HELP-EACH-OTHER FORUM, and that is its only reason to exist. You come here to have a trade read by someone who was not inside your head when you took it, to recognise in someone else's problem the one you have been dragging around for months, and to answer when you have seen the question before.
Nobody here tells anybody what to buy or when. We look at what happened, not at what is going to happen, and a useful answer sounds like « here is what my journal showed me when I had the same problem », never like « you should ».
It starts small, and in writing.
This is the only category everyone writes in from day one. The other three are, for now, written by us from the questions you send.
WHAT ACTUALLY HELPS IN AN INTRODUCTION, and it is not what people expect. Not a track record, not a return target. What makes an introduction useful to others is what lets them recognise you later, when you ask a question:
what you trade, and on which session;
how long you have been at it, honestly;
the flaw you know about and cannot fix.
The third is by far the most useful, and the hardest to write. It is also the one that gets you a real answer, because someone will have recognised their own.
ONE TOPIC PER PERSON, AND THAT IS FINAL. You introduce yourself once: the system refuses a second topic here. It is not a punishment, it is what keeps the category readable and what protects it. If you want to add something, reply in your own topic.
WHAT IS REFUSED, without exception and for everyone, us included: external links and email addresses. The former because a young forum full of outbound links is the textbook spam profile in the eyes of search engines, and we do not want that on this domain. The latter because an address written on a public page is harvested within days, and protecting you from that beats letting you find out.
WRITE THE WAY YOU TALK. Nobody here is being graded.
