This section covers everything Tradoshi produces from data that is not a genuinely executed order: backtesting, session replay, the demo dataset, and any projection shown on screen.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.

Futures and forex are leveraged products: a small adverse move in the underlying can wipe out a significant part of your deposit and, depending on your broker and jurisdiction, your loss can exceed the amounts deposited. The same is true of CFDs and crypto-assets, whose volatility can be extreme and whose liquidity can vanish within seconds.

Passing an evaluation guarantees neither a funded account nor an income. Evaluation fees are usually lost on failure, maximum-loss rules can close an account without notice, and terms vary from one firm to another. Tradoshi helps you track those rules: it does not negotiate them and is not answerable for them.
Tradoshi reads your trading history from your broker or from a statement you import. A sync can fail, lag, or return incomplete data, for reasons that lie with the broker as much as with us. Never base a market decision on Tradoshi's display alone: your broker remains the source of truth for your positions, balance and margin.
Some Tradoshi features rely on language models. Their answers can be inaccurate or incomplete, and they remain commentary on your past data, never a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
