Delete my Tradoshi account
App Tradoshi, published by TRADOSHI LTD (United Kingdom).
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without writing to us. Deletion is permanent and immediate. It cannot be undone.
From the app
- Open Tradoshi and sign in.
- Go to Menu, then Security.
- At the bottom of the screen, choose Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your subscription is cancelled in the same step, there is nothing else to do.
If you can no longer sign in
Email contact@tradoshi.com from the address on the account, with “Account deletion” as the subject. We process the request within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.
What is deleted
Everything that relates to you, immediately, with no usable backup copy:
- your account and profile;
- your trades, journal, notes, emotional check-ins and reports;
- your broker and exchange connections, including the encrypted credentials attached to them;
- your mentorship links and the messages exchanged there;
- your preferences, custom dashboards and notification settings.
Tradoshi never had access to your money: broker connections are read-only. Deleting your Tradoshi account therefore does nothing to your trading accounts, which stay with your broker.
What is kept, and why
- Invoices and payment records, kept for 6 years. UK law requires TRADOSHI LTD to keep its accounting records; we cannot erase them on request. They are limited to the amount, the date and the transaction reference.
- Your email address, if you unsubscribed from our emails, for the sole purpose of never emailing you again.
- Anonymous statistics (account counts, aggregated volumes) that can no longer be traced back to you.
Cancel without deleting
If you only want to stop paying and keep your history, do not use this procedure: cancel your subscription from Menu → Subscription. Your account and your data stay intact.
Trading involves a risk of loss, up to the entire capital committed. Tradoshi is a journaling and analytics tool: we provide no financial advice and guarantee no result. Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor: an investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment, and only risk capital should be used for trading. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations: they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight, involve no financial risk, and no representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve similar results. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
