Trading Journal Research

No sector study exists for trading journals. The numbers in circulation are agency estimates whose method is never published, or vendor claims nobody checks. This section publishes what can actually be established: accounts filed with a company register, regulatory documents, public counters and peer-reviewed research.

The rule of this section

Every number carries its level of proof. An audited figure and a marketing claim never share a row in the same table.
Every number carries its source, with the date it was read. A number without a source is not published here.
What we don't know is written down, alongside what we do. Studies without a limitations section still have limitations.
Studies are dated and never silently rewritten. A correction is flagged as one, together with what was wrong before.

In preparation

  • The real cost of acquiring a subscriber in this niche, measured on public channels.
  • What traders hold against existing journals, from the public reviews of the twenty main players.
  • The actual broker coverage of the market's journals, tested connector by connector rather than copied from their sales pages.

Working on this market?

These studies are free to cite, with a link back to the original page. An error, a source that contradicts ours, a fresher figure: write to us, corrections are published and dated.
