This policy describes how Tradoshi ("Tradoshi", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept the practices described here.

1. About Tradoshi

Tradoshi is a trading assistant that analyzes your trades, measures your discipline and risk management, and offers recommendations. Subscription billing is handled by Scalio-IA. For any question: contact@tradoshi.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email, password (encrypted), username, preferences (currency, time zone, instruments) and answers to the sign-up questionnaire.
• Trading data: when you connect a broker account (MetaTrader 4/5) or import a statement, we read your trade history, your orders, your currency and your balance. The account ID and server are kept; the investor password (read-only) is never stored in plain text.
• Voice data (optional, Premium): if you use the voice check-in, your voice is analyzed to estimate an emotional state. See section 4.
• Affiliation: if you are a partner, referral code, referrals, commissions and payout details.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card number.
• Usage and technical data: actions in the application, connection logs, device and browser type, for operation and security purposes.

3. How we use your information

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• Compute your statistics, your Oshi Score, your discipline and generate analyses and recommendations.
• Manage your account, your subscription and billing.
• Ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse.
• Contact you regarding the Service.

4. Emotion detection

The voice check-in uses automated processing to estimate an emotional state from your voice. It is an indicative aid, not a medical or psychological diagnosis. This feature is only activated with your consent, you can disable it at any time, and the Service remains usable without it. Voice excerpts are used to produce the analysis and are not kept beyond what is necessary.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties outside our organization, except with technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Service (for example: hosting, payment processing, synchronization with your broker, artificial intelligence processing), to the extent necessary and under a confidentiality commitment. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, sale of assets).

6. Data retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active and as long as necessary to provide the Service. You can delete your account and your data at any time from Settings → Security.

7. Your choices and control over your data

You can access your information, correct it, export your trades and delete your account directly from the application. For any other request regarding your data, write to us at contact@tradoshi.com.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, encrypted passwords, per-user access control, optional two-factor authentication) to protect your information. As no system is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

The Service uses local storage and cookies necessary for its operation (session, preferences), and where applicable for audience measurement. You can manage these from your browser settings.

10. Adults only

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information relating to minors.

11. International users

Your information may be processed and stored by our providers in various countries. By using the Service, you consent to this processing, accompanied by appropriate protection measures.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
