This policy describes how Tradoshi ("Tradoshi", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept the practices described here.
Tradoshi is a trading assistant that analyzes your trades, measures your discipline and risk management, and offers recommendations. Subscription billing is handled by Tradoshi Ltd. For any question: support@tradoshi.com.
The voice check-in uses automated processing to estimate an emotional state from your voice. It is an indicative aid, not a medical or psychological diagnosis. This feature is only activated with your consent, you can disable it at any time, and the Service remains usable without it. Voice excerpts are used to produce the analysis and are not kept beyond what is necessary.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties outside our organization, except with technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Service (for example: hosting, payment processing, synchronization with your broker, artificial intelligence processing), to the extent necessary and under a confidentiality commitment. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, sale of assets).
We keep your information as long as your account is active and as long as necessary to provide the Service. You can delete your account and your data at any time from Settings → Security.
You can access your information, correct it, export your trades and delete your account directly from the application. For any other request regarding your data, write to us at support@tradoshi.com.
We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, encrypted passwords, per-user access control, optional two-factor authentication) to protect your information. As no system is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service uses local storage and cookies necessary for its operation (session, preferences), and where applicable for audience measurement: Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, and the TikTok pixel, which measures traffic and allows an advertising audience to be built. Your data is never resold. For visitors located in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, these trackers are only enabled after your explicit consent through the dedicated banner; your choice can be changed at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer. The TikTok pixel sends your IP address and a browser identifier to TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland), for measurement and advertising targeting; their policy is available at tiktok.com. To determine the applicable regime, your country is estimated from your IP address when the page loads: this estimation sets no cookie and is not stored. You can also manage these from your browser settings.
The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information relating to minors.
Your information may be processed and stored by our providers in various countries. By using the Service, you consent to this processing, accompanied by appropriate protection measures.
