Comparison
Tradoshi vs Edgewonk
Edgewonk is the only competitor in this series whose trade is trading psychology, not an extra checkbox. It is also the only one selling an annual licence rather than a subscription. The comparison is therefore not about who handles discipline, but about when it is handled.

Every price on this page is in dollars, on both sides, and no exchange rate is applied. Edgewonk lists VAT country by country, from $197.73 in Malta to $250.19 elsewhere: the price actually paid depends on the billing country, and they publish it that way themselves.
Over a year, Edgewonk costs less than us, $169 against $199, and that should be said before anything else. Two trade-offs, published on their own page: no free trial, so you pay for the year before you know, and no monthly payment, so no way to spread it or stop midway.
2. The partner offer, in months of revenue
Edgewonk has an affiliate program, mentioned on its site, but its terms are not published: no rate, no duration, no threshold. And since their product is an annual licence rather than a subscription, recurring commission does not mean the same thing.
Our schedule is public and recurring: 15% for life from the first customer on every payment collected, 20% from fifteen active subscribers, 25% from fifty-one. On a renewing subscription a partner is paid every month; on an annual licence, once a year at best.
Comparing two percentages means nothing while the durations differ. The honest unit is months of the referred customer's revenue: it neutralises both the product price and the commission duration. Read it as: for a customer who stays N months, the partner has earned the equivalent of X months of that customer's revenue.
| Program | Stays 6 months | Stays 12 months | Stays 24 months | Stays 36 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tradoshi 15% (from the 1st customer) | 0.90 | 1.80 | 3.60 | 5.40 |
| Tradoshi 20% (15 customers and up) | 1.20 | 2.40 | 4.80 | 7.20 |
| Tradoshi 25% (51 customers and up) | 1.50 | 3.00 | 6.00 | 9.00 |
The table only holds our rows: you do not compute what a competitor does not publish. It reads in months of the referred customer's revenue, the unit that neutralises product price and commission duration.
On our side, the commission lands on every payment collected, with a 30-day holding period and a €500 payout threshold.
3. Mentoring, and who pays for whom
Mentoring appears nowhere on Edgewonk's grid: no dedicated row, no student invitation, no shared space. The product is built for a solo trader facing their statistics.
At Tradoshi, the mentor account is free. The student is the subscriber, from the Pro plan up, and invites their mentor, who pays nothing to follow their trades and progress.
For a trader working alone this line is worth nothing, and that should be said. For a school or an educator it decides everything: following thirty students costs nothing extra, where elsewhere it would take one subscription per supervisor.

4. The full comparison, feature by feature
Every line comes from both public pricing pages, read on the same day. Nothing is pulled from a help centre on one side and a grid on the other: on unequal evidence, a comparison stops being honest. “Absent from the grid” means exactly that, not “does not exist”.
Psychology, and when it steps in
This is the heart of it and the only place in this series where the competitor plays on our ground. Edgewonk has worked on psychology since 2014 and does it well. The difference is not whether the feature exists, it is when: they analyse what happened, we step in before it happens.
| What is compared | Edgewonk | Tradoshi |
|---|---|---|
| Cognitive bias work | Yes, their signature | Detected in the AI analysis |
| When the state is captured | After the trade, on entry | Before the trade, at check-in |
| How it is captured | A form to fill in | Voice, with emotion detection |
| Discipline score | A discipline journal to keep | Computed from your trades |
| In-session guardrails | Absent from their grid | Live session (Premium) |
What gets into the journal
The most concrete daily difference: there trades come in by file, here the broker syncs itself.
| What is compared | Edgewonk | Tradoshi |
|---|---|---|
| Automatic sync | No, file import | Yes, 2,000+ brokers |
| Published broker list | No | 2,024 names + PDF |
| Tracked accounts | Unlimited | 3 / 50 / unlimited |
| AI assistant | Absent from their grid | 600 to 3,000 credits per month |

5. What we concede to Edgewonk
A comparison won on every single line is not a comparison, it is an advert. Here are the points where Edgewonk is ahead, with nothing taken off.
The verdict
This is the most honest comparison in the series, because both products aim at the same thing: stopping you repeating the same mistake. Two questions settle it. Are you willing to enter your trades by hand? If yes, Edgewonk costs less per year and has worked on biases for ten years. If no, their file import becomes the chore that makes you abandon the journal, and our automatic sync is the only answer. Do you want a verdict or a guardrail? Edgewonk explains what happened very well. Tradoshi tries to step in before it happens, with a voice check-in before the session and alerts during it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Edgewonk offer a free trial?
No. No trial appears on their pricing page as of 2 August 2026, and no free plan either. You pay the annual licence before discovering the product. Tradoshi offers seven days, with a card required and cancellation possible at any time.
Which one is cheaper?
Edgewonk over a year, $169 excluding tax against our $199 annually. Note they list VAT country by country, which puts the price actually paid between $197 and $250 depending on billing country. And they offer no monthly payment.
Does Edgewonk handle psychology?
Yes, and it has been its trade since 2014. Claiming otherwise would be false. The difference is timing: there the trader's state is entered by hand after the trade, at Tradoshi it is captured before, through a voice check-in with emotion detection, and during the session through guardrails.
Does Edgewonk sync my broker?
No, trades are imported by file. Tradoshi automatically syncs more than 2,000 brokers, with the list published name by name and a proof PDF.
What does Edgewonk do better than Tradoshi?
Four things. It costs less over a year. Its cognitive bias work is a reference in the category. It gives unlimited accounts from the first euro. And it has a single price, with no grid to decode and no credits to watch.

Every figure attributed to Edgewonk was read on 2 August 2026 on its own public pages, in the served HTML, and not taken from a third-party comparison: edgewonk.com/pricing. The “absent from the grid” statements were obtained by counting term occurrences in the served page, not by eye. The months-of-revenue values are computed from the published schedules on both sides, month by month, not typed by hand. A publisher's pricing changes without notice, and this one raised all three of its plans overnight on 16 July 2026: when in doubt, the publisher's own page prevails over this one.
