Connect Trading 212 to Tradoshi

Track your Trading 212 portfolio inside Tradoshi: automatic tracking of your portfolio via a read-only API key (the journal itself is filled by statement import), with your cost basis and unrealised gains. Read-only.

Connect Trading 212 to Tradoshi, step by step

With Trading 212, two things arrive through two different paths. Your portfolio connects once and then updates on its own. Your trade journal is filled by statement import: Trading 212 does not open its order history, which is a limit of their API.

1. Generate your API key

From the Trading 212 mobile app, not the website: Settings → API. Create a key with read access to the account and the portfolio. It is shown only once, so copy both the key and its secret. ⚠️ Do not tick any IP address restriction: our servers have no fixed address, and a restricted key is refused at every read.

2. Add the account in Tradoshi

Import / Connect → + Add an account → Trading 212, paste your key and its secret, then pick Live or Demo. Your portfolio shows up under My allocation: what you hold, your cost basis and your unrealised gains. Invest and Stocks ISA accounts only, as CFD accounts have no API at Trading 212.

3. For the journal, drop in your statement

Export your statement from Trading 212 and drop it into Tradoshi: we read every operation, fees included, and rebuild your journal identically.

Frequently asked questions

Can Tradoshi trade on my Trading 212 account?
No. Tradoshi reads your account with a read-only Trading 212 API key, which you generate yourself and can revoke at any time from the Trading 212 app. No order is ever sent.

Do my Trading 212 trades reach my journal automatically?
No, and that is a limit of their API rather than a Tradoshi choice: Trading 212 does not open its order history. What does arrive on its own is your PORTFOLIO — what you hold, your cost basis and your unrealised gains. For the journal, export your statement and drop it into Tradoshi.

Which Trading 212 accounts are supported?
Invest and Stocks ISA accounts. CFD accounts have no API at Trading 212, so there is nothing to connect.

Is my Trading 212 data safe?
Yes. Your key is encrypted and never leaves our database. Your password is never requested, and the key grants no trading rights.
