At City Index, the investor password for your MT4 account is delivered to the terminal mailbox when you first log in, and it stays viewable there. The broker does not let you reset or change it. Your history and statements are in the Account History tab of the MT4 terminal. To use MetaTrader you need the MT4 account, offered alongside the spread betting and CFD account and the professional account.

Can Tradoshi trade on my City Index account?
No. Tradoshi connects with your investor password, which is read-only by design: it cannot open or close a position. It is encrypted on our side, and your trading password is never requested.
