On its website, MEXEM Ltd states that it acts as an introducing broker to Interactive Brokers and is not part of that group. The platforms it lists are Trader Workstation, Client Portal, mobile apps and TradingView. MEXEM says Client Portal gives access to account reports: that is where the transaction statement you drop into Tradoshi comes from. If a column is not recognised on import, you point to it by hand.

The direct feed described on our Interactive Brokers page is enabled by Interactive Brokers for its accounts. We have not verified that it opens for an account opened through MEXEM: the route to use today is the import. Interactive Brokers page →

Frequently asked questions

Does Tradoshi connect to my MEXEM account?
No, and that is worth stating plainly: there is no connection between Tradoshi and MEXEM. You export your transaction statement, drop in the file, and Tradoshi reads it. We ask for no password and no API key, and no order can ever be placed.

Is MEXEM the same thing as Interactive Brokers?
No. On its website, MEXEM describes itself as an introducing broker to Interactive Brokers and states that it is not part of that group. Its accounts do, however, run on Trader Workstation and Client Portal.

Can I use Tradoshi's Interactive Brokers sync with MEXEM?
We have not verified it, so we do not promise it. That feed is enabled by Interactive Brokers for its accounts. For a MEXEM account, the route to use today is importing your statement.

Is my MEXEM data safe?
Yes. Tradoshi only ever sees the file you drop in, nothing else: no MEXEM credentials reach us and nothing links Tradoshi to your account.
