What you pay, when, and what happens when you change your mind.

Tradoshi offers three plans: Essential, Pro and Premium. Each is available monthly or yearly. The yearly subscription is billed at ten times the monthly price, which amounts to two months free.
Prices are shown in euros or US dollars depending on your country, inclusive of tax where applicable. The price that applies is the one displayed at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. The charge is taken on the renewal date, using the payment method on file.
If our prices change, the new price only applies from your next renewal, and we tell you by email beforehand.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never pass through our servers and are never stored by us: only Stripe holds them, under industry security standards.
You can change plan at any time from your account. An upgrade takes effect immediately, with a pro-rata adjustment for the remaining time. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal: you keep your current plan until the end of the period already paid for.
Cancelling takes one click from your account, with no email to write and no reason to give. It takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then. We may offer you a deal at the point of cancellation; you are free to decline it and carry on cancelling.
After cancellation, your data remains viewable in read-only mode and you can export it. Nothing is deleted without warning you.
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it automatically over the following days and you receive an email. If it remains unpaid after those attempts, access to paid features is suspended, but your account and your data are kept.
Every payment generates an invoice, available in your account and sent by email. If a line on your invoice looks wrong, write to contact@tradoshi.com before opening a dispute with your bank: we fix our mistakes, and it is considerably faster.
