Every subscription starts with a 7-day trial. A payment card is required at sign-up, but nothing is charged during the trial. You can cancel at any point before the 7 days are up, in one click from your account: no payment will be taken.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken automatically and the subscription begins.
Our subscriptions are non-refundable once a paid period has started, and paid periods are not refunded pro rata if you cancel mid-term. The 7-day trial exists precisely so that you can judge the product before paying anything.
If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further payment is taken after that.
Tradoshi is a digital service supplied immediately. By activating your subscription, you expressly request that the service begins at once and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access is granted. This waiver is presented to you and must be accepted at checkout.
We refund in full, without argument, in these situations:
Write to contact@tradoshi.com from your account address, stating the date of the charge concerned. We acknowledge within 2 working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
None of the above removes the rights guaranteed to you by law as a consumer.
