The free plan and the 14-day trial have nothing to cancel: no card is requested. For the paid plans, here are the charges and the refund cases.

This page only covers the paid plans. The free plan requires no payment card and has no end date: it never triggers a charge, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Every new account gets a 14-day trial of the Premium plan, with no payment card: no payment method is requested and nothing is charged, either during the trial or when it ends. There is therefore nothing to cancel. One trial is granted per person.
When the trial ends, your account returns to the free plan, with all your data. A subscription only starts if you take one out yourself: it is then billed as soon as you subscribe, with no further trial period, and renewed each period until you cancel.
Our subscriptions are non-refundable once a paid period has started, and paid periods are not refunded pro rata if you cancel mid-term. The 14-day trial, free and with no card, exists precisely so that you can judge the product before paying anything.
If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further payment is taken after that.
Tradoshi is a digital service supplied immediately. By activating your subscription, you expressly request that the service begins at once and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access is granted. This waiver is presented to you and must be accepted at checkout.
We refund in full, without argument, in these situations:
Write to support@tradoshi.com from your account address, stating the date of the charge concerned. We acknowledge within 2 working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
None of the above removes the rights guaranteed to you by law as a consumer.
