Trades with a tagged emotion

This is the percentage of your trades tagged with an emotional state at the moment you took them: calm, impatience, frustration, euphoria, fear of missing out. Declarative data, the only such in the journal, and yet the one that most often explains the trades no other figure justifies.

The formula

Share of your trades linked to an emotional state via the check-in.

How to read it

Your raw material for psychology analysis. The more you tag, the more Tradoshi links your emotions to your results.

The value is not the tag itself, it is expectancy per tag. When trades taken in frustration show a negative expectancy over fifty cases, it is no longer an impression, it is a rule to write into the plan: after a loss, no trade for twenty minutes.

The classic mistake

Tagging in the evening, while reviewing. The state is logged at entry, otherwise you reconstruct an emotion from the result: a winner becomes "confident", a loser becomes "impulsive", and the correlation you then measure is just the result read twice.
